Frozen nougat

  • 250ml cream
  • 75g Icing sugar(or powedered sugar)
  • 3 Eggs white stiff
  • 70ml clear honey
  • 3 handfulls of almond
  • 3 handfulls of crystallized fruit
  1. Beat the cream in cream chantilly with an electric mixer.Add 75g icing sugar.
  2. Then beat the eggs white stuff with an pinch of salt.
  3. Mix gently the cream and the eggs and add the fruit and the almond.
  4. Pour in a "Charlotte" pin.
  5. Make cool into the freezer during 5h.
