Panna cotta aux fruits de la passion

  • 2 eggs yolk
  • 40g sugar
  • 250ml crem
  • 60ml milk
  1. In a salad bowl,mix the eggs yolk and the sugar together.
  2. Then ad the cream and the milk.
  3. Lastly pour the dish into individual buttered ramekins.
  4. Arrange all the ramekins in a large dish filled with water.
  5. Bake for about during 40minutes 180'C
