Salmon,asparagus and mushroom quiche

  1. 3 slices of smoked salmon
  2. One jar of asparagus
  3. One canned of mushroom
  4. 3eggs
  5. 100ml of milk
  6. Salt and pepper
  • First,roll out the dough and pick it with a fork.
  • After that put a lot of small strip of salmon on the pastry case.
  • Next drain a jar of asparagus.
  • Cut the asparagus in three and spread it over the salmon.
  • Finally add a canned of mushroom.
  • In a salad bowl,mix 3eggs and 100ml of milk together with a fork.
  • Check the seasonning and cover the quiche with this.
  • Bake this quiche during 30min th6.
